An exiting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager.
Our client has a large expansion programmer moving into Retail sites as well as the current Operation.
They require a person who can work with the Senior Management Team to strategies and help support this business development.
Along with managing the current 100 (approx) staff, in all element of HR. Payroll, Discilpines etc.
There is a large emphasis on the Training and Development part of the operation and so require a person who has a passion for this.
There are currently 3 sites with the main being at Walsall. The person would be based here but would need to, on occasions, travel to the North East and Yorkshire site.
With a package of Ј30k+ along with other key benefits.
